How refunds, cancellations, and chargebacks work on Avocado AI.
This page summarizes our refund policy. The full, binding terms are in our Terms of Service (sections 3.5 to 3.10 and 7.5). Avocado AI is operated by Narius OÜ, an Estonian company.
We want you to try Avocado AI without risk, while keeping credits that cost us real money to produce from being used and then refunded. Payments are non-refundable except in these cases:
When we refund a purchase, its credits are removed and the refunded plan or add-on ends. Goodwill refunds are available once per customer, and not for accounts suspended for breaking our Terms or after a chargeback.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the customer billing portal linked from your invoices. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current rate, until you cancel. We send a renewal reminder email 7 days before each renewal so you have a chance to cancel before being charged.
Unused subscription AI generation credits roll over for up to one year. Top-up AI generation credits are valid for one year. AI generation credits consumed by a successful generation are not refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the credits used for that generation are automatically returned to your balance.
Top-ups add AI generation credits only. They do not increase your Super Agent allowance. Super Agent chat, reasoning, and agent work use the separate allowance included with eligible plans.
One-time crypto-pack AI generation credits do not expire under their current purchase terms and do not include subscription or Super Agent entitlements. Blockchain payments cannot be reversed, so crypto purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. Payments sent to the wrong address or network, or below the amount due, may be lost.
Add-ons such as Operator (social publishing, comment automations, and Meta Ads) are separate subscriptions. They follow the same rules as plans: cancel any time to stop the next renewal, no refund for the current period except where the law requires it or for a clear billing error. Manage or cancel an add-on from Settings > Billing > Manage Operator.
When Super Agent runs Meta ads for you, the ad spend is charged by Meta directly to the payment method on your ad account. We never receive that money, so we cannot refund it. Questions about ad charges go to Meta. Credits used to create ad images and videos follow the credit rules above.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you can withdraw from a new subscription or credit purchase within 14 days by emailing us. Because the Service starts immediately, the refund is reduced in proportion to the credits you already used, and nothing is refunded once all credits from that purchase are used. Business users are not covered by these rights.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@avocadoai.co before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We aim to resolve billing issues within 5 business days.
Filing a chargeback for a charge that was authorized (including auto-renewal of a subscription you did not cancel) is a breach of our Terms. In such cases, we may suspend or terminate the account, recover the disputed amount and any chargeback fees imposed on us, and refuse future service. This does not limit your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
